Deftallica 12 years ago #2. I play offline pretty much exclusively. Career modes in all of the Forzas have always been huge. The AI has been upgraded to be considerably more challenging than before. I haven't checked to see if it has system link or not, but it does support split-screen so you can couch play together.
A new Forza Motorsport game is scheduled to land later this year, and it sounds like it may be the last game in Xbox's racing sim franchise. Speaking at a post-Xbox Showcase briefing earlier this Microsoft announced the release window of Turn 10’s Forza Motorsport during its 2022 Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase on Sunday, along with a new trailer for the game. Forza Motorsport was first Forza Horizon Series - all 4 titles are great open world racing. Definitely not simulation, but not full arcade either. All other titles I will compare to these, as handling and car control are very neutral. On GamePass. Wheel supported. Forza Motorsport series - 6 and 7 are very deep, a bit more difficult to control than Horizon, but just as fun.
Forza Motorsport 5, 6 and 7 have all been handed out via Games with Gold in recent years, so it might be worth checking if you own any.
